I began by exploring the cultural, social, and technological landscape surrounding language learning and immigrant communities. Through value proposition mapping, SWOT and PEST analysis, and affinity mapping, I identified user needs, challenges, opportunities, and potential areas for connection. This research helped define the direction of the project and translate broad findings into opportunities for a more community-centered digital experience.
